Weekly Usage Report
Here the contractor can report material usage and wastage.
Select the project in which you want to report the usage and wastage.
After that select the material how much was used in quantity and how much was wasted.
Along with the usage and wastage quantity, specify the purpose and reason respectively for clarification for those we review.
